Role:

Accounts Executive

Skills Required

Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Provisioning, Excel

You are Responsible for

Process Management: Oversee the daily operations of the sales and purchase invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note accounting, ensuring all invoices are processed, validated, approved and accounted in a timely manner, Experience in Ecom Industry will be a add-on.
Idea about GST and TDS in terms of Accounting
Validation & Controls: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for complex invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and internal issues related to payables and receivables

To succeed in this role you should have the following

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, financial reporting, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting standard.
Proven experience with AR & AP systems, ERP software (e.g., Tally).
Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail..
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work from office (Monday to Friday)
