Alsorg Interiors India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day financial transactions, manage vendor/client accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting and taxation norms relevant to the interior and furniture manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using Tally or relevant ERP software
Process vendor bills, purchase orders, and sales invoices
Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding dues
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash handling
Prepare monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Support inventory and costing-related accounting as per manufacturing norms
Assist with internal and statutory audits
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for financial clarifications
Maintain organized records and support documentation for all transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of experience in accounts role, preferably in manufacturing/interiors
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel; knowledge of Zoho/SAP is a plus
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax compliance
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
