To handle day-to-day accounting activities, data entry, and financial record keeping in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Record daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, expenses, etc.).
Maintain ledgers, cash book, bank book, and vouchers.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Handle petty cash and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and follow up on receivables.
Support the finance team in audits and internal checks.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and supporting records.
Generate accounting reports as required by management.
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
