Role Overview

Accounts Executive & Administration

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Management

• Manage

  accounts payable, accounts receivable, and salary processing

  for both companies.
• Prepare and file

  GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns, annual returns, and income tax returns

  accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records in

  Zoho Books

  proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Handle

  bank reconciliation, journal entries, ledger postings, and voucher preparation.

• Ensure timely

  vendor payments

  and coordination with auditors for statutory compliance.

Administration Management

• Oversee

  daily administrative operations

  of the Head Office.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for office requirements.
• Maintain organized

  documentation, compliance files, and reports

  as per company policies.
• Support the Managing Director in financial planning, expense monitoring, and office management activities.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience:

  26 years of experience in accounting and administration.

• Technical Skills:

• Mandatory:

  Strong hands-on experience in

  Zoho Books

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP9

  and other accounting software.
• Solid understanding of

  Ind AS, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism in managing confidential data.
