Accounts & Customer Support Executive

As a Backend Support Executive, your role will involve providing backend support and addressing customer inquiries regarding quotations and orders promptly. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in Tally ERP software and emailing for data entry and processing in TALLY ERP. It is essential to have a basic understanding of the Indian tax structure, including TDS, GST, etc. Moreover, your role will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
