Job Description

As a Backend Support Executive, your role will involve providing backend support and addressing customer inquiries regarding quotations and orders promptly. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in Tally ERP software and emailing for data entry and processing in TALLY ERP. It is essential to have a basic understanding of the Indian tax structure, including TDS, GST, etc. Moreover, your role will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Tally ERP software and Emailing for data entry and processing in TALLY ERP. - Basic understanding of the Indian tax structure (TDS, GST, etc). - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to quotations and orders promptly. - Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction. - Understanding budget & financial analysis. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in Tally ERP software. - Basic knowledge of the Indian tax structure. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,
