Job Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain day-to-day accounting operations (Tally/Excel/Accounting Software)
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking
Prepare monthly GST, TDS filings and other statutory compliance
Assist with audit processes and financial reporting
Administration:
Maintain office records and documentation
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support HR in attendance, payroll, and employee records
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office

Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree or related field
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally or any accounting software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
