Accounts Back Office Executive (female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Female Back Office Executive (Accounts) with 1–2 years of experience in accounting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Assist in preparation of vouchers, invoices, and bills.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash handling.
• Coordinate with the Head Office, Site Office, Factory & auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Generate reports and assist the senior accounts team as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com graduate (M.Com or additional certification in accounts will be an added advantage).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
