Job Description:

Shovona Hospitality and Restaurants LLP, a rapidly growing multi-brand restaurant group (including Shanghai Flavours of China Town, Saltanat – The King of Biryani & North Indian, and Palate Pleasers), is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Auditor to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and compliance standards within the hospitality or F&B sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, conducting internal audits, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular internal audits of financial transactions, ledgers, and statements.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
• Review and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and statutory compliance.
• Identify financial discrepancies and suggest corrective measures.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for management review.
• Coordinate with the accounts and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support statutory audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts auditing (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail sector).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary:

Based on experience and interview performance.

Note:

Freshers do not apply. Only candidates with 2–4 years of relevant auditing experience will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
