Role Overview: As an Accountant/Bookkeeper at Zivanta Analytics Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities using QuickBooks software and overseeing international accounts. Your role will require you to demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily accounting activities using QuickBooks software - Efficiently handle international accounts - Possess knowledge and exposure to GST/TAX audit and ledger - Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience with the GST filing process - Organize and maintain files and records, updating them when necessary - Procure office supplies and equipment - Oversee general office operations - Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory audits, and internal audits - Comfortably use Google Drive, Google Docs, and MS Office - Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask - Exhibit high motivation and the capability to work independently with limited supervision Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in business administration, finance, accounting, B.Com Commerce, or B.Com MBA - Minimum 5-7 years of related industry experience in CA/Accounting - Proficiency in using QuickBooks - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Comfortable working with Google Drive, Google Docs, and MS Office Zivanta Analytics Pvt.
