Accounts Assistant with HR

As an Accounts & HR Assistant at Metalex Steel Strips Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and maintain daily billing documents accurately and timely. - Ensure proper file keeping and record management of all accounting and financial documents. - Assist in the preparation of monthly salary statements and ensure timely disbursement to employees. - Coordinate with HR for employee-related activities including leave records, attendance management, and compliance support. - Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. - Maintain proper data in Tally ERP and generate required financial/accounting reports. - Provide administrative support to accounts and HR functions as needed. - Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliances. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong knowledge of Accounts, Tally ERP, and HR processes. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical thinking with attention to detail. - Positive attitude with willingness to take responsibility. - Quick learner with ability to multitask and work under deadlines. - Team player with problem-solving approach. Qualification & Experience required: - MBA with specialization in HR & Finance. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts and HR assistance.
