Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our accounting team in day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Tally or other accounting software.
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and expense reports.
Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Support the accounting team in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and financial compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
Strong experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
Good accuracy, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
