Job Description

  • Preparing and sending invoices: Ensuring that all invoices are accurate and sent out on time.
  • Maintaining client databases: Keeping track of client information and billing details.
  • Tracking accounts: Monitoring account balances and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Assisting with internal documents: Copying and distributing important documents within the hotel.
  • Managing travel plans: Overseeing end-to-end travel arrangements for guests, including airlines, trains, transport, and hotels.
  • Handling financial reconciliations: Updating accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling discrepancies in amounts charged to accounting systems.
  • These responsibilities are crucial for maintaining the financial health of the hotel and ensuring that all accounting functions are executed efficiently and accurately
