Job Description:

Adwavess Advertising is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day financial transactions:

Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities:

Prepare journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

• Vendor and client communication:

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment and invoicing inquiries.

Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

• Expense tracking and reporting:

Monitor and track company expenses.

Prepare expense reports and assist in budget tracking.

• Data entry and accuracy:

Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into the accounting system.

Perform regular data quality checks.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
