About the Role

Accounts & Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
Finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Monitor internal controls and implement accounting process improvements.

2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

Handle complete GST compliance registration, monthly/quarterly filings, reconciliation, and annual return.
Manage TDS compliance deductions, payments, return filing, and Form 16/16A issuance.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for company and directors.
Stay updated with latest amendments in tax laws and ensure organisational compliance.

3. MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.

4. Team & Coordination

Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
