As an AP Invoice Verification and Booking Specialist in SAP B1, your primary responsibilities will include: - Verifying and booking AP invoices in SAP B1 - Posting monthly expense transactions in a timely manner - Reconciling vendor, staff advances, and expense accounts regularly - Ensuring verification of documents and vouchers before posting transactions - Assisting in statutory and internal audit tasks - Monitoring and validating COGS data on a daily basis - Uploading data through templates in SAP B1 - Preparing daily bank reconciliations - Scrutinizing vendor balances daily - Validating data requests from the HR team Required Skill Sets: - Proficiency in Excel - Knowledge of SAP B1 (advantageous) - Strong communication skills - Basic accounting knowledge - Graduation in B.Com (M.Com preferred) - Honest and loyal - Retail industry experience is a plus Additional Details: The company focuses on ensuring accurate financial transactions and timely reporting, with a specific emphasis on maintaining vendor relationships and internal control processes. Your Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) include: 1. Providing assistance in Statutory Audit work 2. Ensuring proper posting of store rents and delivery expenses in SAP with supporting documents 3. Validating Purchases and Purchase returns in SAP from Retool 4. Assisting in the preparation of GSTR3B monthly 5. Posting debit notes in SAP for marketing expense reimbursements from franchisor on a monthly basis and sharing the same with the Franchisor accounting team.,
