Job Description: As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to perform AP invoice verification and booking in SAP B1. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that monthly expense transactions are posted in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular reconciliations of vendor, staff advances, and expense accounts. It will be your duty to verify documents, vouchers, and other relevant materials before posting transactions in the books of accounts. You will also assist in the statutory and internal audit tasks, contributing to the overall financial integrity of the organization. Furthermore, you will be tasked with monitoring and validating the COGS data, including purchase and returns, on a daily basis. Your role will involve uploading data through templates in SAP B1 and preparing bank reconciliations daily. Scrutinizing vendor balances, validating data requests from the HR team, and ensuring accurate data entry will also be part of your routine tasks. Required Skill Sets: - Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience - Knowledge of SAP B1 will be considered an advantage - Strong communication skills - Basic accounting knowledge - Bachelor's degree in B.Com (M.Com preferred) - Honest, loyal, and detail-oriented - Retail industry experience will be beneficial Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide assistance in statutory audit work. 2. Ensure expenses such as store rents and delivery are accurately posted in SAP with proper supporting documents. 3. Validate purchases and purchase returns in SAP and cross-check the postings. 4. Assist in preparing the working of GSTR3B monthly. 5. Post debit notes in SAP for the reimbursement of marketing expenses from franchisor on a monthly basis and share the same with the Franchisor accounting team.,
