InCruiter is a next-generation technical screening and talent assessment platform. We are a SaaS-based organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core. We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions. InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1.5X faster. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Finance Intern. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance team and assist with various financial tasks. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include: Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting Help with financial analysis and forecasting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Contribute to various financial projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations What makes you a great fit? Bachelor's/Masters degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field 0-1 years of relevant finance experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Tally knowledge is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills A knack for benchmarking and optimization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work under pressure. Eye for detail is crucial Note: Based on your internship performance you will be converted as a full-time employee with us after 3 months.
