Accounts Analyst

As an Accounts Analyst / Sr Accounts Executive in the Australian Accounts domain, your role will involve performing reconciliations for vendors, banks, customers, fixed assets, and taxes. You will be responsible for preparing timely financial reports and maintaining updated client accounts. It is essential for you to understand client business models, especially income and expense structures, and communicate effectively with clients via email/calls to gather required information. Additionally, you will be required to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies to ensure accuracy in financials. Utilizing technical tools for visual reporting (charts/graphs) and collaborating within the team for smooth coordination and task completion are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform reconciliations for vendors, banks, customers, fixed assets, and taxes - Prepare timely financial reports and maintain updated client accounts - Understand client business models, especially income and expense structures - Communicate effectively with clients via email/calls to gather required information - Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies; ensure accuracy in financials - Utilize technical tools for visual reporting (charts/graphs) - Collaborate within the team for smooth coordination and task completion Qualifications Required: - Education: Any commerce Degree - Experience: Minimum 2.5+ years in relevant foreign accounting roles (US/UK/AUS) - Software Skills: XERO, Quickbooks, DEXT, Myob, HUBDOC - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Team management, leadership, and coordination - Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving ability - Proficiency in foreign accounting software - Clear understanding of accounting processes and procedures - Effective communication, time management, and adaptability - Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Please note that the shift time for this position is from 05:00 AM to 02:30 PM, and the mode of work is from the office located in Subhanpura.,
