Key Responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Maintain daily books of accounts (Ledger, Journal, Cash/Bank transactions).

  • Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

  • Prepare invoices, credit notes, and process vendor payments.

  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

  • Support in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.

  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation.

  • Handle travel bookings, office events, and general admin support.

  • Draft and maintain agreements, contracts, and company documentation.

  • Support HR in onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and employee communication.

  • Liaise with external agencies, government offices, and service providers when required.
