Position Overview

The Accounting & Taxation Executive will support the CA firm in managing day-to-day accounting functions, statutory compliance, tax filings, and related financial tasks. The role is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure in accounting, GST, income tax, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting (Direct Responsibilities)

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in Tally/Accounting Software
• Prepare ledger postings, trial balance, bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor tracking
• Assist in preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

Taxation (Direct Responsibilities)

• Prepare and file 

  GST returns

   (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, Reconciliation)
• Assist in 

  income tax return filing

   for individuals, firms, and companies
• Support in TDS computation, TDS returns filing (24Q/26Q), and TDS reconciliations
• Assist in tax planning activities under guidance of senior team
• Respond to basic notices and support senior CA during assessments

Compliance & Audit Support

• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Help prepare working papers, schedules, and audit documentation
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and information

Skills & Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / Accounting background
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of 

  Tally / Zoho Books / Busy

• Basic knowledge of GST & Income Tax
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
