Software Expertise: Xero, QuickBooks, Business Central and Cin 7

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Woo-commerce) and shipping platforms.

Role Description:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Drive system implementations, integrations, and process improvements across finance, inventory, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with managers and clients to align workflows and optimize operations.
• Analyze data, prepare reports/financial statements, and recommend strategies for better financial health.
• Guide and support internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client training on new systems and best practices.
• Implement and monitor integrations between accounting, inventory, and e-commerce platforms (Cin7, Xero, QBO, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
• Manage complex accounting processes, reconciliations, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting processes, inventory management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, client relationship management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
