Accounting Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  
• Support in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software.
  
• Help in reconciling bank statements and vendor accounts.
  
• Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and expense statements.
  
• Organize and manage accounting files and supporting documents.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary financial data.
  
• Support audit preparation and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally/QuickBooks/ERP preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
