The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Bookkeeping Associate with strong experience in U.S. accounting and bookkeeping, ideally within BPOs or firms serving multiple U.S. clients across diverse industries (e.g., services, e-commerce, healthcare, technology, or hospitality).
This is not a routine back-office role — you’ll manage real books, communicate with clients, and contribute to building AI-driven workflows that redefine how bookkeeping is done.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Reconcile accounts, categorize transactions, and prepare accurate monthly financials for U.S.-based businesses.
• Month-End Close: Manage reconciliations, journal entries, and closing checklists for multiple clients.
• Client Communication: Work directly with small business owners and CFOs, providing financial clarity and updates.
• Industry Exposure: Handle books for clients across industries, adapting to varied workflows and software environments.
• System Integration: Work with AI tools that connect to banks, payroll systems, and CRMs; provide feedback to enhance automation.
• Process Improvement: Help design better workflows and controls to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Growth Path: Opportunity to progress into a Controller or Client Finance Partner role as you develop expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in U.S. accounting or BPO environments.
• Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with multiple clients across different industries.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
