Job Description

We’re Hiring – Experienced Accountant (ZOHO)📍 Location: Chaliyam, Kozhikode🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | Work From Office💰 CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced accountant who can handle our end-to-end accounting operations independently and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance without auditor dependency.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and settlements across multiple channels: Shopify, QCOM, B2B distributors, and retail outlets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports:
  • Maintain audit-ready books and financial records.
  • Control expenses and track liabilities proactively.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in accounting & GST compliance.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in Zoho Books.
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
  • Must be based near Chaliyam, Kozhikode (daily office attendance required).
