Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
  • Prepare and manage books of accounts using Tally or relevant software.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Generate GST invoices and handle GST filing and returns.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
  • Manage petty cash and maintain vouchers with supporting documents.
  • Handle TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare documents for audit.
  • Support payroll processing and salary-related calculations.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for record-keeping and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • B.Com
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
