Job Description

The role involves recording daily sales and reconciling them with the POS system and bank deposits. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory movement, conducting stock audits, and reporting any discrepancies. Ensuring timely processing of bills and invoices, maintaining petty cash records, and tracking store-level expenses will also be part of your duties. You will need to regularly reconcile bank statements, prepare profit & loss statements, sales reports, and financial summaries. Assisting with budget preparation, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and local tax regulations are important aspects of the job. Supporting audits, both internal and external, with proper documentation and reports is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
