Job Description

Bookkeeping & General Accounting

Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, general ledgers, and other financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

Reconciliation

Prepare and verify bank reconciliation statements, vendor and supplier reconciliations, and inter-company account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Compliance Management

Handle statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings. Ensure timely submission and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor invoices, monitor and manage outstanding receivables, and ensure timely vendor and supplier payments.

Financial Reporting

Assist in the preparation of management information system (MIS) reports, trial balances, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

Audit Support

Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Prepare audit schedules and ensure accuracy and completeness of audit documentation.

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in existing accounting processes and suggest automation or other improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
