Job Description

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and invoices for customers.
Handle customer queries and provide support regarding financial and billing matters.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax/financial regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience in accounting within manufacturing companies
.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in preparing quotations and cost estimations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and time-management skills.
