Job Description

Job Summary:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and maintain accurate records in ERP/accounting software.
Taxation & Compliance:
Compute and process tax payments/returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards.
Client Services:
Manage invoicing, payroll processing, and follow-up on payments as per client contracts.
Audit Support:
Assist with audits and create budgets/forecasts based on client requirements.
Software Management:
Set up accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero) and provide client walkthroughs if required.

Qualifications:

Education:
Commerce background (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in financial reporting, 1 year in client handling, and 1 year of understanding accounting standards & tax laws.
Skills:

Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
