Job Description

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable and manage credit notes, debit notes.
Maintain consortium accounts and manage bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Supervise and review work of junior accountants and clerical staff.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.

Strong understanding of

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
