Job Profile / Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities including voucher entries, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash & bank balances
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit-related activities
  • Manage administrative tasks related to accounts and office operations
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for financial and administrative transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
