Accountant Sr

As a Chartered Accountant at Dayforce, you will play a crucial role in ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and managing indirect tax requirements for domestic and ASEAN country entities. Your strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP systems will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the manager and collaborate with auditors (Big-4) for statutory audits and tax audits. - Prepare financial statements adhering to applicable GAAP. - Manage monthly and annual compliance for filing forms and returns under Indian GST. - Coordinate with respective tax partners to handle monthly and annual compliance of indirect tax for ASEAN country entities. - Oversee capex accounting for ASEAN country entities. - Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and reporting. - Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. - Familiarity with ERP environments. - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audits.
