Job Description

As a part of the finance team at Softsensor.ai, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various financial activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in GST and TDS compliance by preparing and filing GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns. You will also support in reconciling GST input and output tax credits. - Invoicing and billing tasks will be part of your role, where you will assist in generating and issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner to clients. Coordination with internal departments for documentation and approval will also be required, along with addressing client inquiries related to invoices. - You will gain exposure to balance sheet preparation and analysis with guidance from senior team members. This involves reconciling balance sheet accounts, identifying discrepancies, and learning about financial statement preparation and reporting processes. - Supporting the finance team in processing employee salaries and reimbursements will be another aspect of your role. - Documenting and record-keeping tasks will include maintaining accurate financial records and documentation, as well as organizing and archiving financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also learn about document management practices and data security protocols.
