As an Accountant at Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, providing financial insights to management, and driving the digital transformation of the accounting function. You will have end-to-end responsibility for Accounting, Tax, and Compliance of the assigned legal entity, along with the opportunity to participate in complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities: - Perform full-cycle accounting and prepare various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and fluctuation analysis for management and internal/external auditors. - Manage local taxes and ensure compliance with regulations. - Prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze financial performance during month and quarter-end close activities. - Participate in process improvement initiatives related to accounting and finance. - Support the integration or implementation of finance and reporting system changes. Qualifications: - Interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment. - Possess a Chartered Accountant degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role; Big4 experience is preferred. - Demonstrate solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team. - Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP. - Excited to collaborate with finance and business teams in the office for 3 days per week.
