Job brief:
Accountants are professionals who are in charge of posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accounts, receivables, or payables.
Responsibilities - Day-to-Day:
· Post and process Purchase & Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
· Update accounts receivable and issue invoices posting
· Process the travel expense and travel advance
· Creditors payment processes
· Cheque deposit
· Filling Works
Responsibilities - Weekly:
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports – Every Monday
· Assist with other accounting projects
· Prepare monthly receipts to Sales
· Maintain Fixed assets file
· Cash withdraw from Bank
Responsibilities – Monthly:
· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
· Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
· Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
· GSTR1 return filling every 11th&GSTR3B
· TDS – Payment on every 7th
· KMP account maintain
Responsibilities –Yearly
· Assist MFA in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Audit

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
