Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock entry, billing, and purchase payments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Entry: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely and precise stock entries.
2. Billing: Prepare, process, and ensure accurate invoicing, credit notes, and debit notes.
3. Purchase Payments: Process and record purchase payments, guaranteeing timely and accurate payment processing.
4. Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Any degree or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Skills:
- Excellent accounting skills
- Proficient in Tally ERP software (minimum 1 year of experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
4.Skills: MS Excel, Tally ERP -9 Sales accounting, E-way billing and invoicing, bank reconciliation
5. Language: Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
