Junior Architect

As an Architectural Designer, you will be working closely with the project manager to prepare drawings and specifications documents for various phases of a project, including the Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design phases. You will utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and equipment to create project designs and plans, as well as produce detailed construction plans. Presenting drawings and plans for approval, aiding in the creation of project schedules and budgets, and generating construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit will also be key responsibilities in this role. To qualify for this position, you must possess a degree in Architecture (B.Arch Bachelors) and have 6 months to 3 years of experience, with previous experience being preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver high-quality work, and excellent communication and writing skills are essential. You should also demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with team members. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person at Karur and Erode.,
