Job Description

The ideal candidate for this Full Time position located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra should possess 3-5 years of experience. This opportunity offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 18,500.00. We are seeking a Female Candidate who is a B.Com graduate and proficient in working with Tally, Word, and Excel. Fluency in English, both in spoken communication and written correspondence such as email responses, is essential. Candidates from Navi Mumbai or Thane are preferred. Key Responsibilities - Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accurate data entry in Tally with no suspense entries by month-end. - Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements promptly. - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. - Monitor expense reports of engineers, maintain proper accounting of site expenses and reimbursements. - Compute taxes and prepare tax returns data for submission to CA (Income tax, PT, PF, ESIC, GST, and other applicable taxes). - Handle balance sheets and profit/loss statements. - Perform daily verification of invoices with purchase orders and price lists. - Conduct bank reconciliation and manage sales & purchase entries. - Respond to customer emails and queries in a timely manner.,
