Accountant

You will be responsible for the following roles at Plyneer Industries Private Limited for Zoho Books: **Role Overview:** As an Accountant / Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include: - Recording financial transactions such as income, expenses, invoices, and bills. - Reconciling bank and credit card statements. - Preparing financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. - Generating GST, VAT, and other tax reports to ensure compliance. - Handling multi-currency transactions if applicable. As a Finance Manager, you will be accountable for: - Setting up and customizing Zoho Books according to business requirements. - Monitoring financial health and budgeting strategies. - Analyzing financial reports to aid decision-making processes. - Ensuring tax compliance and preparing for audits. - Integrating Zoho Books with other Zoho applications like CRM and Inventory. In the role of Zoho Books Administrator, your duties will involve: - Configuring settings such as taxes, currencies, and automation rules within the system. - Managing user roles and permissions effectively. - Customizing templates for invoices, quotes, and financial statements. - Troubleshooting system issues and liaising with Zoho support when needed. As a Business Owner / Entrepreneur, your tasks will include: - Reviewing reports and financial insights to facilitate better decision-making. - Managing client and vendor accounts efficiently. - Overseeing tax filings and ensuring compliance with requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping. - Proficiency in using Zoho Books and other accounting software. - Strong understanding of financial principles and tax regulations. - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
