Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly accounts. Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and tax-related work. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and distributors. Explain company products (salt, spices, FMCG items) clearly and effectively. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain call records. Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism. Generate sales leads and pass them to the sales/operations team. Maintain daily call logs and report to seniors. Oversee day-to-day operations of the company. Manage inventory, supply chain, and distribution processes. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth operations. Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve operational issues. Monitor staff performance and allocate work responsibilities. Maintain vendor and distributor relationships. Ability to handle customer queries politely and effectively.
