Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Should be self-driven, possess a strong understanding of banking operations, and have sound knowledge of taxation.
Manage accounting related to the commodity market.
Maintain and finalize books of accounts including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, and Bank Book.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor overall cash flow.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
Assist in the implementation and upkeep of ERP/accounting software systems.
