Job Description

Candidates staying in Mumbai Central Line ( Kalyan to Ghatkopar)

Role & responsibilities

Manage all aspects of VAT compliance, including preparation, filing, and reconciliation of VAT returns.
Conduct regular reviews of VAT transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
Provide expert advice and guidance on VAT matters to internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date VAT records, including invoices, receipts, and documentation.
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
Prepare and submit self-assessment tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and ensure compliance with relevant updates.
Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
