About Us:
K B S TRADERS is a growing wholesale and retail business based in Tripunithura, Kochi — dealing in Dry Fruits, Dates, Nuts, Spices, Chocolates, and Gift Hampers.
We’re looking for a expirienced responsible and detail-oriented Accountant + Billing Staff to join our team and handle day-to-day accounting and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily billing and invoicing at the shop/store
• Record and update sales and purchase entries
• Maintain ledgers, stock registers, and petty cash records
• Reconcile accounts and support GST filing
• Handle customer billing queries and provide accurate reports
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations as required

Requirements:
✅ Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Tally / GST / Accounting
✅ Prior experience in billing or accounting (preferably in FMCG or retail sector)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Local candidates near Tripunithura / Kochi preferred
