About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage daily banking and cash transactions across multiple regions 2. Record all entries for bank, cash, and expenses 3. Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, and reconcile GSTR-2B with books 4. Perform creditors' reconciliation quarterly or as needed 5. Handle accounts receivable and payable, including vendor payments 6. Book purchase invoices with proper documentation of receipts, debit and credit notes 7. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records 8. Prepare and maintain sales invoices and ensure timely sharing with customers 9. Track and manage stock-in-hand, update inventory records regularly 10. Coordinate with operations team and issue purchase orders to vendors based on internal requests 11. Maintain records of staff attendance, overtime, and salary calculations 12. Support with basic HR documentation and payroll coordination Requirements: 1. Possess 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience 2. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Tally 3. Have exposure to manufacturing ERP systems (Odoo preferred) 4. Show good understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance norms 5.
