Accountant ( Fresher )

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources initiatives with BharathClouds business objectives. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that HR strategies support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a daily basis
• Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner
• Support the monthly and annual close processes by ensuring all financial information is reconciled and discrepancies are identified and addressed promptly
• Collate and analyze financial information to prepare reports and assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis
• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and accounting policies
• Prepare tax filings and assist in the preparation for audits by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes within the accounts department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and marketing to gather necessary information for accurate financial reporting
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate documentation of financial transactions
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Identify issues or discrepancies in financial processes and recommend corrective actions or innovativesolutions

Desired profile:

• The candidate must be able to accurately record journal entries and update the general ledger
• The candidate should have experience with reconciliations, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-todate
• The candidate must handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
• The candidate should have knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• The candidate should be capable of preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Management Information System (MIS) reports
• The candidate must be able to perform day-to-day accounting tasks
• The candidate should possess analytical skills to interpret financial data
• The candidate must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reports and transactions
• The candidate should have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
• The candidate should have a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• The candidate must exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP)
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a specialization in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university
• Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a focus on Accounting or Finance, preferred but not mandatory
• Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter or equivalent from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance, acceptable as a minimum for candidates showing exceptional academic performance.
