Job Description

You are an experienced Accounts Executive being sought for an upcoming jewellery showroom in Kanhangad, Kasargod. Your role will involve efficiently managing accounts specific to the jewellery retail industry. As the ideal candidate, you must hold a B.Com or M.Com degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the jewellery sector. You will be based at our Kanhangad showroom and immediate joiners are preferred. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day accounting and ledger maintenance, managing purchase and sales entries, handling stock and inventory accounting related to jewellery, overseeing GST, TDS, and tax return processes, performing cash and bank reconciliations, and collaborating with auditors and management for reporting purposes. Familiarity with jewellery accounting software will be an added advantage. To excel in this role, you must have a strong grip on Tally or similar accounting software, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, exhibit the ability to manage financial records while upholding confidentiality, and have prior experience in gold/jewellery inventory and transaction processes. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at the workplace in person.,
