Accountant- Ecommerce Business

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, online marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

Handle e-commerce platform reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Manage sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).

Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and COD settlements.

Monitor inventory, vendor payments, and profit & loss statements.

Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and GST filing portals.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with online marketplaces and payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, etc.) is a plus.
