As an Accountant at dSPACE in Trivandrum, you will be a pivotal part of the Finance Management & Corporate Services department. Your main responsibilities will focus on maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards, supporting budget controlling, and aiding in the development and implementation of new accounting policies. Additionally, you will actively participate in various FCS functions, supporting your colleagues on challenging projects. During an intensive induction period, you will receive the necessary support to familiarize yourself with the processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation and presentation of financial reports like balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements - Execution of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial closing activities - Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by analyzing account information - Ensuring compliance with regional India statutory tax requirements - Collaboration and consultation with stakeholders across the enterprise Qualifications required for the role: - Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferably M.Com) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance - Expertise in tax and accounting, including regional India statutory tax requirements - Profound understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures - Proficiency in Tally & Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills dSPACE is a market leader in providing solutions and systems for embedded controller software development in Automotive, Aerospace, and Manufacturing industries.
