Accountant cum Administrator

As an Accountant at Krishna Food Products, your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing inventory and costs, and assisting with audit preparation. Your educational qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for a professional accounting qualification such as CA, CMA, or CPA. Strong knowledge of accounting software and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and time management abilities. Experience in the food manufacturing industry and knowledge of GST and VAT regulations in India would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. - Monitor inventory levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and assist with cost analysis. - Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CMA, or CPA) preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting software, Excel, and other financial management tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
