Job Description

Basic Knowledge of accounting and finance Check and verify account codes used for cost centers/donors and expenditure for accuracy and consistency with the Chart of Accounts. The preparers are advised of the necessary adjustments. Petty cash management - payment from customers and daily expense management Invoicing in realbook Basic excel reports (stock report, expense report, sales report) Review all invoices and receipts to ensure the mathematical correctness and adequacy of the documents before payment is made; Fill relevant financial records and documents properly and timely. Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
